Do I have to pay sales tax?

 

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouses. If you are located in Michigan or Nevada and you are tax exempt, please contact our customer service.


I have a question on my charges.

 

Click the Account > My Metro link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click on Review orders / track packages to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

 

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.


Click the Account > My Metro link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click on Review orders / track packages. Find an order you need to print an invoice for and click the "View or change order" button. Your order information will pull up with a green button on the top right-hand side that reads "Need to print an invoice?" - click to print your invoice.


 When will my refund appear in my bank account?


Once your refund is issued, it usually takes about 1 to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.


When will my credit card be charged?

 

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted. If your payment has been declined, it may still show a hold/pending charge, which will be taken off of your account within 24-48 hours.


 Do you offer wholesale accounts?


Yes, we do offer wholesale accounts (dealer accounts). You must have an account on our website before filling out the application here.
