I have received my tracking, but it has not updated.


There are times when the tracking may not have updated from the carrier if they have not scanned the package as they should as the package has moved in transit. If the order has just been packaged the same day, there is a chance this may still be in our facility and is waiting to be picked up from our shipping carriers. My package is late, what can I do? 


If your package has not yet arrived and is later than expected, it may be best to replace a new order with an expedited shipping method to ensure the package will deliver on time. If you had selected the free shipping, FedEx Ground or USPS, unfortunately, these are not guaranteed as the shipping time frame is just an estimate from the shipping carriers. If your order was already an Express delivery, please let us know as we may be able to attempt a claim with the shipping carrier. If you need more help please open a support ticket here
